Ron Kelly, Sr. – President & CEO
Ron’s 38 years experience in telecommunications includes assignments in Engineering and Construction for NJ Bell/Bell Atlantic and Lucent Technologies/Alcatel-Lucent, where he rose to the position of National Sales Team Leader for the Verizon Optical Account before retiring to found Adaron. He has a deep knowledge of how the various components of the national telecommunications infrastructure work together to deliver service to the end-use customer. He understands things from the viewpoint of the customer, the carrier and the equipment manufacturer, giving him a unique perspective when addressing customer needs.
Joe Lochonic – Director of Engineering
Joe also has over 38 years in telecommunications. Like Ron, he worked over 26 years in Engineering and Construction for NJ Bell/ Bell Atlantic before he was recruited as a Systems Engineer by Alcatel. Joe was hand-picked by Alcatel to assist Verizon in the restoration of the telephone facilities that were severely damaged as a direct result of the attacks on the World Trade Center. Joe thoroughly understands the Outside Plant (cables, both copper & fiber; pole lines; underground conduit; wires; etc) including construction, maintenance/repair and administration. This knowledge is supplemented by a deep understanding of Subscriber Loop Carrier technology.
John Goodwin – Director of Installation
John worked over 38 years in Installation/Repair for NJ Bell, AT&T, Bell Atlantic & Verizon. John is familiar with most office phone systems including: Nortel, Avaya, Panasonic & Samsung. John effected the cutover of several Southern New Jersey municipalities to the NJ E-911 systems. He remains very much up to date on that equipment. He was also a member of an elite Installation Group that provided all the myriad communication needs to the Atlantic City Casinos. To stay sharp, John still does some of the Installation/Repair work for Adaron, but his primary mission these days is the supervision and training of technicians & their supervisors.
Cliff Rosegren – Director of Construction
Cliff is charged with the supervision and training of our technicians and their supervisors in the placement & removal of cabling on pole lines, in underground conduit systems and into/within buildings. Cliff brings his 33 years of experience in Line and Splicing for NJ Bell/Bell Atlantic/Verizon throughout the State of NJ. He is personally experienced in the all phases of Line work including participation in large scale fiber optic cable placements. Similarly during his time in Splicing, Cliff acquired skills in all aspects of Splicing including electronics. He interacted with customers on a daily basis. He and John provide a wealth of lessons already learned along with insights on service strategies, problem solving and customer relations to our technical people.

im Brown –Managing Installation Supervisor
Jim is being trained by John in office phone Installation/Repair. Jim began his telecommunications career as a member of Lucent’s elite ESCON Crew. In this capacity, he learned the preparation, installation and testing of custom-made fiber optic cables for companies with large computer networks. He eventually rose to the role of Lab Supervisor for the prestigious Global Deployment Lab in Holmdel, NJ before leaving to complete his college education. Jim expanded his telecommunications experience as an active participant in our Fiber-To-The-Cell-Site work in Brooklyn & Manhattan, before his promotion to his present position.
Ron Kelly, Jr. – Managing Construction Supervisor
Before joining our firm, Ron completed his college education and then began his career with Verizon where he started as an Installation/Repair Technician and was soon promoted to Outside Plant Engineer. In this capacity, he learned how to design cable systems and how to administer them. In both positions he dealt extensively with end use customers . He continued to gain valuable experience by participating in our Fiber-To-The-Cell-Site work in Manhattan & Brooklyn. Ron reports to Cliff in order to gain the benefit of Cliff’s insights on the fine art of cable placement and splicing.
